We aim to ensure your child’s introduction to our setting is as stress free as possible. We aim to achieve this by inviting you and your child to visit the nursery prior to your child’s official start date. This helps to familiarize your child with the nursery, the nursery staff, other children and provides the opportunity to give your journey a trial run. After the open house period, we advise parents not to prolong the goodbye process.

It can take anywhere from one day to four weeks for a child to adjust at the nursery. Until then, you might see a few tears upon pickup. Keep your good-byes very short and cheerful and then walk out without a backward glance (tough, but necessary).
